The Exodus was a journey of enormous proportion! GET UP…LEAVE…TAKE OFF…God's "marching orders" if you will, encouraging thousands to leave their comfortable, secure surroundings for an unknown, uncertain future…to journey to a place of God's calling. What if God gives the order to move… will you follow His lead? This was the Exodus!
So…we are challenging you to "Journey to your own Personal Exodus". To open your hearts and minds to awaken! To listen for the possibilities, to embrace the unknown, get out of your comfort zone (spiritually and physically) and look toward a future with "purpose"…to entertain the woman that God designed you to be!
The staff at Exodus believes in the Christian Principles of Love, Kindness and Compassion as demonstrated by the life of Jesus Christ and we strive to incorporate these in our daily lives. We believe that our actions should be guided by the Holy Spirit, the Word of God, Integrity, Honesty and Courage and that True Success comes from living a "Life on Purpose"... the life that God intended for us!

If we are to become all that God desires for us in this life, it will require a synergistic approach, actively pursuing maximum health in all three areas.
It is our prayer for you while attending a retreat that you seek to find the desires that are written on your heart. To learn to live your life "On Purpose", striving for health and wholeness in your Spirit, Soul and Body.
Each retreat honors a specific "woman based" cause to sponsor and support. We are a non-profit organization seeking to inspire the vision of women with a purpose. As individuals, we seek to be all that God has written on our hearts. As a community, nation and planet, we seek all that God has desired for the world.

Janeen Johnson - A Woman who Changes the World
Operation Christmas Child, an international Christian relief organization headed by Franklin Graham collects gift-filled shoe boxes and delivers them in the name of Jesus Christ to children living in desperate situation around the world. Janeen Johnson serves as the area coordinator for Operation Christmas Child for the Northern region of Arizona. She has been involved with "OCC" in some capacity for 14 years, and formally partnered with them in 1998, where she became a volunteer to run the collection center in Flagstaff, Arizona.
